Where do I get a claim number?<\/span><\/a> <\/h4><\/div>
The Insurance company handling the claim issue the claim number when the accident is reported.<\/div><\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>

What does it mean if my vehicle is a Total Loss?<\/span><\/a> <\/h4><\/div>
It means that it would not be cost effective to have the vehicle repaired due to the damages it sustained. Typically this occurs when repairs exceed 80% of the vehicles current value.<\/div><\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>

How long will it take to repair my vehicle?<\/span><\/a> <\/h4><\/div>
We will provide you with an estimated date of delivery. Each collision repair is unique and sometimes additional damage is found during the tear down process, which will effect the completion date. Parts availability can also effect the completion date. We will keep you informed through out the repair process.<\/div><\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>

Do I have to pay a deductible?<\/span><\/a> <\/h4><\/div>
Deductibles are determined by\u00a0your insurance policy. Insurance companies determine who is at fault based on the accident report that is filed. If another party accepts fully liability, your deductible\u00a0may be waived.<\/div><\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>

What are betterment charges?<\/span><\/a> <\/h4><\/div>
Parts that wear out and need replacement with time and use (i.e., tires, batteries, and suspension parts) are commonly subject to betterment charges when they are replaced during the repair process. (Example: If your tire has 50% of the tread remaining, you would owe for the 50% of the tire that has been used) These betterment charges are determined by your insurance company and are pro-rated based on actual miles and age of your vehicle.<\/div><\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>

Do I have to accept alternative or aftermarket parts?<\/span><\/a> <\/h4><\/div>
